N1 City Owners’ Association is a non-profit making organization for the benefit of the owners and occupants of immovable property situated in the development, N1 City Precinct, which is the area bounded by:

• Vasco Boulevard in the west
• Frans Conradie Drive in the south
• Giel Basson Drive in the east
• The railway line in the north

The objective of the Association is to control the nature of all buildings and to exercise control over the basic concepts relating to security, landscaping, parking, signage and exterior condition of all properties.

Membership of the Association is compulsory and automatic upon registration of a land unit, developed or undeveloped.
